ICREA, the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, is comprised of more than 27 leading national real estate organizations, representing 2 million brokers and agents worldwide, each of whom adhere to a code of conduct.
The portal located at WorldProperties.com, offers two different platforms for exposure:
1. Online platform: the portal creates a site for each community. The developer has up to 10 communities, and access is available 24/7. All leads obtained from this website are immediately sent to the master broker designated by the developer, i.e. John Smith

Off-line platform: Global New Home Resorts has participated in the world’s largest industry events (i.e. SIMA in Spain, ACOBIR in Panama, International Technology Symposium in Argentina, MIPIM in Asia, etc); featuring the portal’s developments as well as their Master Brokers to target worldwide industry leaders. In 2008 we are going to participate in SIMA Spain and in the National Association of Realtors® Annual conference in Orlando.
