 David Fry Chief Operating Officer/Traditional Homebuilding and Real Estate Services and Senior Vice President
|
David Fry is Senior Vice President and General Manager of WCI's Amenities Division and Prudential Florida WCI Realty. As Division President, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations of all WCI development, homebuilding, and amenities for the company's West Central Region.
In his Amenities role, Mr. Fry and his veteran management team are responsible for developing and profitably managing a wide array of golf courses, marinas, clubhouses and exquisite dining facilities. Mr. Fry's understanding of his customer's unique lifestyle expectations, and his ability to meet those needs, has helped position WCI as one of the nation's leaders in amenitized community development.
With more than 20 years of experience in the golf and country club industries, the last nine with WCI, Mr. Fry's business philosophy is built upon a centralized management structure that fosters best practices, shared resources, capitalization on economies of scale. The group's management expertise extends to golf course design, management and operations, club marketing and management, food and beverage operations, and other hospitality disciplines. Under Mr. Fry's leadership, division revenues have grown from $20.2 million in 1996 to more than $56 million in 2003.
Over the years, Mr. Fry has negotiated alliances with some of the greatest names in the golf industry including Pete Dye, Greg Norman, Raymond Floyd, Jerry Pate, Tom Fazio, Peter Jacobson, and others who have collaborated to create award-winning course designs along both coasts of Florida.
Mr. Fry holds a degree in Golf Management and has held executive positions within organizations that include the South Seas Resort Company. He also remains very active in a number of golf and industry-related organizations.

Rei Mesa is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Prudential Florida WCI Realty, a firm with more than $5 billion in sales volume in Florida markets that traverse 14 counties. Since its inception in 1999, the company has quickly become one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in Florida and ranked 27th largest residential real estate firm in the nation by the July 2005 issue of RealtorŪ magazine. It is also the 6th largest in the nation among Prudential affiliates.
Rei is responsible for managing all aspects of the company, including, strategic growth, new business development, profit and loss and acquisitions. Prudential Florida WCI Realty is a subsidiary of Bonita Springs-based WCI Communities and is a member of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA).
Prior to joining WCI, Rei owned his own real estate brokerage company which he ultimately sold to NRT, which operates Coldwell Banker offices in Florida. He then served as Miami-Dade District Manager with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. He has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and former board member of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the 11,000-member RealtorŪ Association of Miami-Dade County.

 Raul Rodriguez Financial Manager

Prior to joining Prudential Florida WCI Realty, Raul Rodriguez was an audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest accounting firm in the nation. He joined that firm in 1994, where he obtained valuable experience in a number of industries, including the real estate industry. He worked with a large number of important companies in Florida and at the national and international levels, including WCI Communities Inc. Raul holds a Master degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and became a Certified Public Accountant.

 Rosalie Palmer Director of Internal Operations

Prior to joining Prudential Florida WCI Realty, Rosalie Palmer was Vice President Business Development Administration for Arvida Realty Services. She joined that company in 1985 after migrating to Florida form her native Jamaica when it was Merrill Lynch Realty. Over the 14+ years she was with that organization, Rosalie held a number of increasingly responsible functions, including Assistant Controller and Administrative Manager, as it changed to Prudential Florida Realty and finally Arvida Realty Services.
Rosalie holds a degree in Accounting, received her real estate license in 1988 and the Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1999. She is married with one daughter and enjoys tennis and music.

 Sharon Sapp Relocation and Business Development Vice President

Sharon has been in the Real Estate and Relocation Industry for 20 years. She has held various positions in Relocation over the years on the Real Estate Brokerage side of the Business. Sharon was also in Corporate Development for a third party relocation company.
Sharon was the recipient of the Relocation Director of the Year award for 2003.
She currently holds several honors from Employee Relocation Council including the CRP designation and is a member of the Relocation Director's Council. Sharon has been a long time member of the Relocation Advisory Council for Prudential Relocation
Sharon enjoys training and assisting others. She currently serves as a Prudential Referral Services Mentor assisting other Prudential Affiliates to reach their full potential. Sharon believes one must have fun doing whatever they are doing and she does.
Sharon is an avid tennis player when she is not wrapped up in a Corporate Group Move or international corporate relocation.

Joan is responsible for overseeing the operations of the locations north of Delray Beach also including the Pensacola and Perdido Key offices. Her district encompasses 13 locations in three
counties including Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie.
Joan joined PFWCI in November of 2005 to support our sales associates in listing and marketing small and mid-size builder developer product in Florida and position WCI Mortgage and WCI Title as the companies of choice for these developments.
An astute businesswoman, Joan brings more than 30 years of real estate experience. Her leadership ability and track record of success is reflected by her 20+ years of experience in marketing luxury, waterfront and international property and her skill in managing one of the largest and most profitable real estate offices

 Brigid Peterson Vice President, West Coast District

Brigid is responsible for overseeing the operations of 18 Prudential Florida WCI Realty locations with more than 500 sales associates in five counties including Collier, Lee, Charlotte, and Manatee.
Brigid has 16 years of real estate experience with 12 years in a management position. She came to PFWCI when we acquired Bradford Estates in 1999 where she was manager. Brigid took the reins of the "start up" Palm Beach Gardens office in Dec. of 2000. She led the office from its early beginnings and transformed it into an enterprise that has consistently outperformed itself year after year with remarkable numbers. Brigid has exhibited the type of leadership required to achieve outstanding results and has demonstrated her ability to improve the stature and performance of her office and staff by applying sound business strategy and effective leadership skills.

She began her 26 year real estate career in South Florida and has over 20 years
real estate management experience. She joined Prudential Florida WCI Realty
in December 2000 as Branch Manager, opening the flagship 10,500 SF Boca
Glades office, while also managing two satellite office locations for the company.
Elaine holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License and has earned the CRB
(Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Stacy (Gross) Benedict is the Vice President of eCommerce & Marketing. Stacy is responsible for leading PFWCI's statewide internet and traditional advertising and marketing initiatives.
Stacy Benedict has been with PFWCI since July 2003. Stacy was the local account executive for Realtor.com and the South Florida regional sales manager for Visual Tour. Stacy has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and holds her license active with our Watermark Realty Referral Company.

 Susan Walker President, WCI Mortgage, LLC

Susan began her career in the Mortgage industry as a Loan Processor in 1980 in Martin County Florida. Susan spent most of her career with American Residential, a California based Mortgage Bank, where she began as a Loan Officer and left as a Regional Vice-President.
After starting as a Regional Manager with WCI Mortgage in 2004, she would be promoted to Vice-President in early 2005. When Wells Fargo Home Mortgage entered into a Joint Venture with WCI Mortgage in September of 2006, Susan was named President. Since the inception of the JV, Susan has led WCI Mortgage, an Affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to increase their market share and double their capture rate within the resale sector all while maintaining a 90%+ Customer Service Rating. With this great success, Susan took on additional responsibilities, becoming an Area Manager within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, covering not only WCI Mortgage, but also 2 other Joint Ventures and 4 Retail Branches of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. With her extensive knowledge of both the operations and production sides of the industry, Susan prides herself on her leadership ability, which has enabled her to create and sustain a cohesive, efficient, and productive team.
Susan attended Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration. Susan resides in Naples with her husband Bill and their three children.

Rose Sheehan, Attorney. Member of the Florida Bar since 1986. Ms. Sheehan was in private practice until 2005 when she joined WCI Title as the East Coast District Manager , and is now the Vice President of the Division. She has specialized experience in real estate transactions, Lender representation, including construction lending, residential and commercial closings, relocation and VIP/Wealth management client services. Ms. Sheehan has been an instructor of real estate law at various universities as well as seminar lecturer at local Law Schools. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
